‘99 Turnover 

The Orange County Compensation Association (OCECA), a group of 19 member firms, has completed its fifth annual turnover based on 2000 employment data.

Results of the five turnover surveys are:

1998                                                            20.2 %

1997                                                              9.2 %

1996                                                            18.8 %

Turnover for the group measured by totaling all separations during the year, not including reductions-in-force (layoffs) divided by the annual average employment.
